You can find a wide range of products on Nakishe.com, such as kimonos, abaya models, antique carpets, jewelry (earrings, necklaces, bracelets, brooches), towels, loincloths, bathrobes and gift products (mugs and more).
2. What is the return and exchange policy for your products?
Due to customs duties in Turkey, we cannot accept returns and exchanges. However, if you have any problems, you can contact our customer service and get support for a solution.
3. How long does it take to be delivered after placing an order?
Your orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location. You can track the shipment with your cargo tracking number for the estimated delivery time.
4. Which cargo company do you work with?
As Nakishe.com, we work with DHL. We will send you your cargo tracking information when your order is approved.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries outside of Turkey. We ship with DHL cargo (except Russia) as quickly as possible. We kindly ask our customers who want to order from Russia to contact us via WhatsApp.
6. Do you offer personalized designs?
We do not have a personalized design service. Our products are special.
